Artificial intelligence has the potential to reinvent the way agencies approach complex mission challenges, and automation has already transformed operations across government. By freeing workers from repetitive, low-value work and drawing insights out of datasets too vast for humans to process, these technologies are emerging as cornerstone for a customer-centric and data-driven government.
The 2020 Federal 100 winners include several leaders and innovators in the AI/automation space. Please join us on Thursday, Sept. 10, to learn more about their work and the broader trends they are seeing across government.
About the Fed 100 Winner Showcase Series
For 31 years, the Federal 100 Awards have celebrated outstanding individual achievements in the federal IT community. The women and men who make up the Fed 100 truly are the engines of innovation and transformation in government.
This year, the COVID-19 pandemic complicated our efforts to celebrate these winners in person, but it has also produced a silver lining: With this series of Fed 100 Winner Showcase virtual events, FCW can dig more deeply into some of the 2020 winners' stories and accomplishments.
Organized around four critical areas of federal IT, these Showcase events feature Fed 100 winners talking about both their own work and the broader trends they're seeing across government. Those presentations, along with the discussion that follows, effectively make each Showcase a master class on the respective topic -- AI/Automation, Cloud, Cybersecurity and Digital Services/Innovation.
And while we can't tell every winner story in this fashion, each event also gives us a chance to recognize all the 2020 Federal 100 winners, and point people to the individual profiles that will be published on FCW.com.
Please put all four Fed 100 Winner Showcase events on your calendar, and join us in celebrating the 2020 Federal 100 and their many contributions to the federal IT community.
